Meta bills WhatsApp Business API usage per delivered message, by category, marketing, utility and authentication templates each carry their own rate, set by Meta and varying by country. Replies inside the 24-hour window (service messages) are free until 30 September 2026; from 1 October 2026 Meta charges them at the utility rate after 1,000 free service messages per number per month. These go to Meta directly; Convo360's plan fee (₹999–₹7,999/month) is separate and covers the software, not the messaging.
How much does the WhatsApp blue tick cost?
