Go from sign-up to a live agent in a few minutes. You'll create an account, connect your own AI key, start from a template, connect a channel, and publish.

1. Create your account

Head to aiagent.convo360.ai/register and sign up — the 14-day free trial unlocks everything, no credit card needed. Your first workspace is created automatically.

2. Add your AI key (BYOK)

Convo360 is bring-your-own-keys: you connect your own AI provider so there's no per-message markup. In Integrations → Provider keys add a key from OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude) or Google Gemini for chat, and Sarvam, Smallest.ai, OpenAI or ElevenLabs for voice.

💡 Prefer no AI? You can build a guided (rule-based) bot with buttons and menus that needs no AI key at all.

3. Start from a template

Open the Template Store and pick a ready-made agent for your industry — tagged for chat, voice or both. Install it, then edit the wording, buttons and knowledge to match your business.
