  3. Personalise it with variables like {{First Name}} — each variable maps to a contact field or a fixed custom value.
  4. Check the live preview: a WhatsApp-style bubble shows exactly how the message reads with your variables filled in, before anything is sent.
  5. Send now and watch delivery update live per number.
🖼️ Using an image-header template? Upload the image right in the broadcast — we host it on your server and use it automatically. No need to find a public link (you can still paste one if you have it).
🔁 A number failed? Open the campaign report and hit Retry to re-send only to the failed recipients. Use Export CSV to download every number with its delivery status for your records.
