Integrations

Convo360 is bring-your-own-keys: you plug in your own AI, voice, telephony and payment accounts, so you keep control and avoid markup.

Provider keys (BYOK)

Under Integrations → Provider keys, add the accounts your bots use — each stored encrypted:

  • AI: OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google Gemini.
  • Voice: Sarvam, Smallest.ai, OpenAI, ElevenLabs.
  • Telephony: Plivo, Exotel, Twilio, SIP.
  • Payments: Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal.

The connector catalog

The Integrations page lists tools you can connect. Connected ones show as active; others are clearly marked as on the roadmap so you always know what's live today.

Payment links inside a flow

Connect a payment gateway with your own account keys and a flow can generate a live pay link on the spot — send it over WhatsApp or read it out on a call, and the customer pays without leaving the conversation:

  • Razorpay — payment link for any amount (India, INR).
  • Stripe — hosted Checkout link for any amount & currency.
  • PayPal — approval link via the PayPal Orders API.

Add the gateway under Integrations, then drop a “Create payment link” step into your flow and map the amount, description and customer fields. (Paytm and Airpay are on the roadmap.)

🔌 Need something custom? Use webhooks or the REST API to wire Convo360 into any system.

Frequently asked questions

What can I integrate with Convo360?
Your own AI keys (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), voice engines (Sarvam, Smallest.ai, ElevenLabs), telephony (Plivo, Exotel, Twilio, SIP), and payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal). Plus webhooks and a REST API for anything custom.
Can a bot collect payments during a chat or call?
Yes. Connect Razorpay, Stripe or PayPal with your own keys, then add a “Create payment link” step to a flow. The bot generates a live pay link for the amount you set and shares it in the conversation — the customer pays without leaving the chat.
Why does Convo360 use bring-your-own-keys?
So you keep control of your provider accounts and pay them directly — there's no per-message or per-minute markup on top of the flat platform fee.
How do I connect a tool that isn't in the catalog?
Use webhooks or the REST API to integrate Convo360 with any external system.
