Workspaces & team

A workspace is one self-contained bot with its own channels, flows, contacts and analytics. Run several from one login, and invite your team with exactly the access they need.

Multiple bots = multiple workspaces

Every account starts with one workspace. Need a separate bot — different brand, number or use case? Add a workspace from the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar. Each is fully isolated: its own agents, channels, contacts and reports.

💡 Your plan includes a set number of workspaces. Adding one beyond your plan checks your plan and debits the extra-workspace price from your wallet automatically — and refunds if creation fails.

Renaming & deleting

Your first (default) workspace can be renamed but not deleted. Any additional workspace can be deleted — you'll be asked to export its data first or delete outright, with a clear irreversible-action warning.

Invite your team & assign roles

Go to Team and invite people by email. Each role decides what they see and do:

  • Owner — full control, including billing and team.
  • Admin — everything except ownership transfer.
  • Supervisor — oversee & assign chats, manage leads, contacts & analytics. No billing.
  • Agent — handle assigned live chats & calls, view contacts.
  • Viewer — read-only: chats, transcripts & analytics.

The sidebar and features each teammate sees adapt automatically to their role — they only ever see what they're allowed to use.

✅ Fine-tune permissions per section (Conversations, CRM, Calls, Billing…) under the role's Access panel for exact control.

Frequently asked questions

How do I run more than one bot?
Create additional workspaces from the workspace switcher. Each workspace is a separate bot with its own channels, flows, contacts and analytics.
What does it cost to add a workspace?
Your plan includes a number of workspaces. Adding one beyond that debits the extra-workspace price from your wallet automatically, and refunds if creation fails.
Can I limit what a teammate can access?
Yes. Assign a role (Owner, Admin, Supervisor, Agent or Viewer) and optionally fine-tune per-section permissions. The menu adapts so they only see what their role allows.
