The 14-day free trial

New accounts get a 14-day trial that unlocks everything — no card required. When it ends, subscribe to a monthly or yearly plan to keep sending messages and making calls. Your data and settings stay safe either way.

Plans

Plans differ by capability, not usage: Starter (1 bot), Pro (3 bots, AI voice calls, all channels & integrations, appointments), and Business (unlimited bots, REST API, white-label, priority support). Choose monthly or yearly on the Billing page.

The prepaid wallet

Your wallet is a secure prepaid balance used for renewals, add-ons (extra workspaces) and — for partners — customer renewals. It's an append-only ledger: every credit and debit is recorded, it can't be overdrawn, and top-ups are idempotent (a retried payment never double-credits).

  1. Open Billing → Wallet and choose Top up.
  2. Pay by Razorpay or Stripe — the amount is confirmed server-side.
  3. Your balance updates instantly and a GST invoice is generated.

GST invoices

Every taxable payment issues a proper GST tax invoice (with your GSTIN if you add it). Download them any time. You can also export your data from the account menu whenever you need it.
